Mike and I find delight in visiting open spaces. These spaces remind us of God’s greatness, and how vast and endless the possibilities are in our lives. Here, we enjoy the simplicity of quality conversation.

Mud Bay is one of our favourites. It looks different every season, in high tide, in low tide, at sunrise or sunset. We love stopping by to see what state it’s in and how different it looks from the last time we visited.

Shortly after we got engaged, I reached out to Jayme Lang (my dream photographer over the last handful of years). I so appreciate her documentary style methods when capturing her subjects. Each photo tells a story about the people, and the colours and tones she uses in her editing lock all the emotions from the day into a frozen time capsule. We are so excited to share these and to one day have them in coffee table book format to enjoy over the years to come.
